Formed four years ago from an idea that Lloyd had to achieve a different style of guitar band to the others in Guernsey, they quickly formed a reputation for putting on a great live show playing hard, rocking the crowd and still having a sense of humor. In March 2004 they entered the studio to record the Debut album of their style of industrial metal including crowd favorites Puredom, Dreams Are Not, and Darkest Secret as well as several other well-known tracks. Their first album, “The Best of Mechanical Lobster” was released July 2004 Mechanical Lobster are like a cancer built by BMW, Brutal Efficient and here to stay – Discharge Fanzine. |
